Oil Prices Tumble

Remember how the Left was saying that rising oil prices were because of a conspiracy between the Bush Administration and Big Oil?  By that line of reasoning, they must also be conspiring to lower prices rapidly right now.

I can only imagine the Left's reasoning on this one: 1) They can lower the prices because they already accomplished what they wanted to - ruining the economy! 2) They are lowering the prices to help McCain get elected!

Since so many of the Left-leaning people in this country have no idea how markets work, they have to make up things like that.

A Sensible Energy Plan

1. Build more refineries NOW.
2. Pump more oil NOW.
3. Drill for more oil NOW.
4. Explore for more oil NOW.

Let’s use fossil fuels, such as oil, coal, and natural gas, which are of no use to anyone or anything as long as they are sitting in the ground.

And while we’re at it…

5. Build more nuclear power plants NOW.

6. Use food for food.
